Information about myself that I would like to share:
Love to travel - only missing Antartica and Australia in terms of continents. Enjoy cooking, tennis and golf (particularly driving the golf cart!). I am a Guardian ad Litem for kids in foster care. My way of having kids in my life since I was not lucky enough to have any. |

My four grand children keep me plenty busy. Waiting for the birth of my first great grand child which is due at the end of october. That will make it 6 grand kids and 1 great grand kid. | |

What I have been doing for fun the last 50 years:
I have been in a group Endodontic Practice in Rockford, Illinois since 1992 and live about 10 minutes away in a airport community in Poplar Grove. Obviously, my passion is flying! I currently own a Bonanza A-36, which allows me to get to the east coast, Colorado or northern Florida in about 4 hours. It is great living in a community with about 450 airplanes and great people with similar interests. I have a daughter Allison, who is 26 years old and teaches in Rockford. She did not want to follow in Dad's footsteps and go into dentistry or aviation. No grandkids yet and I am not pushing it. I have been married for 27 years, but currently going through a fairly lengthy divorce. I can't believe how long things can be dragged out in the legal system....Anyway, life will be getting better soon, because I think the end is in sight! I have had foreign exchange students from Norway, Italy and Belgium. It was a great experience and this has led to traveling to their country and see how they live. I went to Belgium to Quentin's wedding outside of Brussel's and had a great time. Their weddings are very different than ours in the U.S. As for the next 10 years, I have to learn how to work less and "live each day to it's fullest"! |

| What I have been doing for fun the last 50 years: I have lived all over since High School and had three very different careers. In '76 I moved to CA and became a restaurant manager for a very large Corporation, WR Grace. I then was recruited by a customer to design/build a French restaurant, which was great fun. I moved back to IL in '83 and went to work for Stouffers Corp as a regional manager for their restaurants in Evanston and Chicago. My 2nd career lasted 7 years working for two different Architectural firms specializing in restaurant design. My 3rd career began in AZ in '92 with Intel, where I was in various Management positions. While with Intel I lived in AZ 3 years, then transferred to OR for 10 years and jumped at the opportunity to come back to IL for a Sales and Marketing position in '05. I took an early retirement beginning in '09 and have been doing freelance work since. | |

of work : 2011 begins a 30th year fo pratice ....of community with patients +colleagues. times weary /times exuberant..always blessed. of love : lynnie..... 18 years of play/coffee conversation /early morning walks . our children: kirsten , pete , jessie , jammie .... their dogs ,friends , lovers, adventures. skinned knees and hearts . our parents here and gone ..sweet/sorrow our friends moving slower..breathing deeper . happy 40 th everyone warm wishes / good wishes "and if i ever loose my mouth ..all my teeth north and south ...." oops ! |

| What I have been doing for fun the last 50 years: What I've been doing for the last 10 years reads like a bad novel. My husband and I retired in 1999 and did some consulting. We had an absolute blast traveling, golfing, & barely working -- generally doing whatever we wanted and thoroughly enjoying our life together. Then the wheels fell off when my brothers died in 2006 and my husband in 2007. Since then, I've been dealing with an overdose of grief, compounded by having to deal with damage to my house from two tornados, an earthquake, a lightning strike, a bad roofing job, two years of record rains with water coming in both the roof and basement, plus the loss of my brother-in-law who was a dear friend. I have been relentlessly picking up the pieces to get my life back together and to turn the house back into my sanctuary. It has been a great help to be very close with my in-laws and to have many great friends. When I'm not fixing my house or my mom's house, I am golfing, quilting, playing pool, and getting in some traveling. While I don't plan to make it to the reunion dinner, I might be able to get up that way and join the Friday night event. | |

Then husband was transferd, moved to LasVegas so I purchased 2 grooming vans. Now I go door to door for the rich and famous. Dealt with cancer 2 yrs ago, but all is well. | |
